Breast cancer
The breast cancer become the second type of massacre of all cancers which are found at the man. In spite of this alarming number of its victims, it is pathetic to know that there is an absolute lack of information on the disease. The breast cancer is a malignant tumour developed starting from the cells and it is one of the most common cancers affecting females. The menstrual cycle is the other factor which should be considered. The women who smoke and drink the alcohol increase the risk to develop the breast cancer.
The breast cancer is more frequently developed in the single people and the married woman who did not give rise to the children, or if birth given then did not raise with the centre their offspring. The women who had a breast cancer on side to have a greater risk to develop the cancer on the opposed side, and if there are antecedents of breast cancer in their families, there are the greatest risks too.
The breast cancer is dependent with the obesity and the higher catch of the saturated fatty acids. The breast cancer is also dependent, with the continuous or sequential uses of the estrogen combined more of the therapy of progestine hormone. The women who had employed anti oral contraceptives for more than ten years are more vulnerable to the development of this disease.
On the other hand, the women making 4-5 hours of exercises per week reduce their risk of developing the breast cancer. The breast cancer is the abnormal growth of the cells with in the breast. These cells would incorporate like a piece, which would be called as breast tumour. The tumour can be smelled outside of the breast even when it is still inoffensive. With this inoffensive stage, it is called as benign tumour. The benign tumours can be surgically functional. If that is done, the risk of the advancement of the breast cancer is very negligible. But if one allows the tumour to grow, then it would lead to malignant stage. During this stage, cancer cells spreads in the surrounding tissues in such a degree that it would be impossible to remove it completely. When the cancerous cells enter in to blood circulation, there is no exit. The result is certain death.
One of the treatments of the breast cancer includes the radiation therapy or the radiotherapy. Much to the surprise of women there is very little side effects for this therapy and they are limited to the part being treated. The radiotherapy is an effective manner to destroy the cells of cancer and to provide the best chance that cancer will not return. Another method of this type of treatment is surgery which is usually the last recourse when all other methods are failed. In much of the case rebuilding is necessary after surgery for a part or the whole breast must be removed, which is known as mastectomy.
.
The most common systemic treatment is chemotherapy. The goal of chemotherapy is destroying all the cancer cells which could have spread from breast to other parts of the body. The reason chemotherapy functions and also the reason which it is hard on your body is because it quickly attacks the dividing cancer cells in your body. Another treatment which is not common is tamoxifen, which is a very powerful drug. This drug reduces the risk of breast cancer turning over after surgery and reduces even the risk of a woman never obtaining the breast cancer. However the side effects, although not mortals, can be very serious and uncomfortable.
